Event Packages
Day of Coordination - $750
(6 hours on event day)
· Mini consultation to learn your wedding vision and itinerary (at least 2 weeks before wedding)
· Attend ceremony rehearsal (up to 1 hour)
· Point of contact for vendors
· Pin flowers on groom and attendants
· Pin corsages and hand out bouquets to bride and attendants
· Line up wedding party and coordinate ceremony
· Hand out toss items to guests
· Oversee the transfer of flowers, ceremony gifts and items to reception site and/or designated person.
· Bustle bridal gown
· Coordinate reception events (ie. Bride and groom intro, first dance, cake cutting, bouquet and garter toss, dollar dance, send off etc.) *
· Distribute final payments and/or gratuities to vendors.
· Oversee packaging of leftover wedding cake and/or food
· Oversee loading of gifts to designated person
*all of these services are subject to chosen hours by bride and groom
Bronze Package - $950
· First consultation
· Create timeline and suggested budget division
· Research and present options for 3 vendors of your choice
· Final walk through at ceremony site
· 2 week prior to event meeting to gather final vendor information and itinerary
· Confirm with all vendors one week prior to event
· Day of coordination services
Silver Package - $1500
· First consultation
· Create timeline and suggested budget division
· Research and present options for 3 vendors of your choice
· Accompany you to up to 3 vender appointments of your choice (ie. venue, flowers, dress fitting etc.)
· Final walk through at ceremony site
· 2 week prior to event meeting to gather vendor information and itinerary
· Confirm with all vendors one week prior to event
· Day of coordination services
Gold Package - $1750
· First consultation to learn your vision
· Create timeline and suggested budget division
· Research and present options for 3 vendors of your choice
· Accompany you to up to 5 appointments (ie. venue, flowers, dress fitting etc.)
· Final walk through at ceremony site
· 2 week prior to event meeting to gather vendor information and itinerary
· Confirm with all vendors one week prior to event
· Day of coordination services
Platinum Package - $2000 (we basically handle everything for you)
· First consultation to learn your vision
· Create timeline and suggested budget division
· Research and present options for all vendors and event items
· Accompany you to all vendor appointments of your choice (as schedule allows)
· Final walk through at ceremony site
· 2 week prior to event meeting to finalize itinerary
· Confirm with all vendors one week prior to event
· Day of coordination services including assistant for day of event

· Ceremony decorations set up - starting at $50
